Existing Clarity customers are able to access their account details via the Clarity Software website and Clarity trial users are able to view their contact details submitted when download the trial installer. Statistical information is recorded in order to provide an improved user experience via the Clarity Software website.
- Automatic Login - Using cookies the Clarity software website stores the minimum account information required to automatically provide users access to their My Account area without the need to enter a password during each visit. Passwords are never stored in plain text or visible to Clarity Software colleagues or other website users.
- File Uploads - Area of the website which allow the submission of document either for support or application purposes are at all times kept as secure and private as possible. Clarity Software does not accept responsibility of loss or interception of sensitive documents at point of upload. Clarity Software does not allow the upload of illegal, inappropriate or unauthorized material and any document deemed thus will be immediately destroyed and access to the website may be restricted.
- External Links - External links are used to reference website for industry bodies, customers, media networks or reference material, we regularly check external links across the website however cannot guarantee the availability or security of third party websites.
- Cookies - Cookies are used by the Clarity Software website to remember login information and display preferences for certain pages to improved the user experience no information which poses a security risk is stored within cookies. A visitor can delete their cookie history without reducing available functionality across the Clarity Software website.
- Advertisements - The Clarity Software website has no commercial advertising however we may display banners for events we plan to attend or services Clarity Software is associated with.
Free Software Trial
Software trials and downloads are provided via the Clarity Software website for evaluation purposes only.
- Clarity Software reserves the right to remove or restrict access to software downloads.
- Free Trial are available for the evaluation period dictated by the software installer, this period is subject to change without notice.
- Users are licensed only for a single free trial of the software without prior permission from the Clarity Software sales team.
- Software downloads and upgrades are available via the secure area of the Clarity Software website in accordance with a valid Clarity Support Contract.
- Clarity Software reserves the right to restrict or remove previous installers from the history of software upgrades.
- Usage of any software downloaded for the Clarity Software website is in accordance the software licence agreement provided during the installation steps.
Purchase & Delivery Policy
Purchasing Policy
- The price of the software and services will be calculated in Great British Pounds sterling (or such other currency as we may accept in our absolute discretion) and will be shown to you on our website once you make your purchase
- The prices on our Website are exclusive of Value Added Tax ("VAT"). Your Order will show VAT both as a separate item and as included in the total price
- Subject to our obligation to supply the Products and Services at the price stated in a Contract we reserve the right at any time to increase the list prices of the Products and Services and to change the range of Products and Services available. We will endeavour to give you as much notice as we can of changes to the range and any increase in prices.
- If you fail to make any payment on the due date then, in addition to any other right or remedy available to us, we shall be entitled to cancel the contract or suspend the performance of any services
- Take any payment made by you against such of the Products and Services as we may think fit
- Exercise our legal right to claim interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and subsidiary legislation as amended from time to time together with compensation for debt recovery costs
Delivery Policy
Products and services can be delivered to you in a number of ways, depending on the type of product or service you have purchased. These include:

- An on-site visit to provide training or other services
- A remote activation of a new software module directly through your existing software product

For Our Protection
We may cancel your purchase and any contract if:
- You order products or services that become unavailable, in which case we are not obliged to provide substitute software or substitute services but shall inform you of the unavailability
- You do not pay us the price due for the products and/or services by the due date
- You are either not able or not authorised to enter into the contract with us
- If we wish to cancel your order and any contract for a product or service, we will contact you first to discuss this
Software Support
Available throughout the period of the Clarity Free Trial
- Available to existing Clarity Software customers with a valid support contract and trial users during the evaluation period
- Clarity Software reserves the right to limit or refuse support assistance to trial users if Clarity Software suspect misuse or abuse of the trial software
- The Clarity Software support is provided by the terms of the customer Support Contract agreement
- Software compatibility requirements are provided on the website for each product which are subject to change without notice as new versions of the software are provided
- At all times Clarity Software endeavours to provide the maximum amount of back compatibility without compromising the addition of cutting-edge functionality and the very latest platform support.
- In the event a Clarity software trial expires before the full evaluation period has expired the Clarity Software Support team are able to provide an extended trial following approval from the Clarity Software Sales team.
My Account
Existing Clarity Software customers or visitors who have provided their contact details are automatically able to access the My Account section of the website.
- Access to the My Account section of the website requires an email address and password, the password is automatically generated upon account creation and can be changed by the user via the Update My Details section of the My Account area.
- The primary email address for an account can be changed upon written request by the user providing the email address is not already in use and confirmation of user entitlement to that email account.
